Mark Your Calendars For These Upcoming Events: Monday, March 25th - LIVING STATIONS OF THE CROSS:  the 6th, 7th & 8th grade students will present this musical production at 1:00pm for the entire school and then again at 4:15 & 6:15pm for the Faith Formation program and the parish at large.  Parents and families are welcome and encouraged to attend any of the performances.  Thursday, April 19the, Eucharist Family Evening of Reflection - 7:00pm School Gym:  As we continue our preparations for the sacrament of First Eucharist, all parents and children in 2nd grade are required to attend this important evening. Friday, April 25th, First Communion Retreat, 9:00am-2:30pm Harkins Hall:  2nd grade students will participate in this day filled with activities and prayer to help prepare them for their First Eucharist.  This will be a dress-down day for the 2nd grade only.  Sunday, May 19th,  8:00am-12:00pm, Confirmation retreat with sponsors:  Preparation for the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation will continue.  Candidates should attend the 8:00am mass and then proceed to Harkins Hall for the retreat.  Your sponsor must attend this retreat along with you.  If your sponsor is unable to come, a parent or guardian must attend.  Sundays May 5th & 12th , 12:00pm,  Celebration of First Eucharist:  We welcome our 2nd grade students to the table of the Lord!    For more information on these are any Faith Formation Office activities - please contact Katie Grella 412-561-0101 or kgrella@saintanneschool.org

The St. Anne Parish Faith Formation Office is responsible for planning parish family events that enhance our community and build faith understanding among generations. Events such as the All Saints Day celebration, the Family Advent Celebration - with the Middle School Musical, the Living Stations of the Cross and Vacation Bible School are held annually. Other events are added on an on-going basis.

 

 

The Faith Formaiton Office also works in conjunction with the school to prepare students for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation. Parent meetings, retreats and preparation classes are planned and communicated by the Faith Formation Office.

 

The Faith Formation Office has an abundance of resources available to the school teachers in their religion class planning including videos, music, games, crafts and activities, skits, service projects ideas and more.

 

The staff of the Faith Formation Office is available to assist families with any needs they may have with regards to the religious education and faith formaiton of their children. Please do not hestitate to call upon us. The Faith Formation Office is open Monday 8:00am - 8:00pm and Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm.
